We are proud to be a family run independent travel agency, established since 1985. We offer a booking facility for a wide range of worldwide holidays. In 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 we were nominated for two national travel awards. In 2004, 2006 & 2007 we were finalists in our region. In 2007 we were awarded AITO Specialist Travel Agents of the Year 2007 by the Association of Independent Tour Operators. In 2004 & 2007 we were nominated by our local Newspapers in the People's Choice Award.
More recently, during this, our 25th year of trading we won 'Luxury Travel Agent of the Year 2010', a national award beating off stiff competition from some household names. We also won 'Central England Small Agent of the Year 2010' at the same ceremony in April 2010.
In 2011 we went on to receive these two awards for the 2nd year running as well as 'High Street Travel Agent of the Year 2011'. Director Oliver Broad dedicated this award to the memory of his Mother and Director Cheryl Broad helped build up the company before sadly passing award in 2009.
The Broad family have been in the travel trade since the late 1930's when Ray Broad began selling coach tickets in his fathers iron mongers shop. Today, the Broad family concentrate on offering travel services via our retail agency on Boley Park in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Our reputation has today spread nationwide and we have more and more clients from all over the UK.
Robert Broad Travel based on Boley Park is the only Broad-family run travel company in the UK.

The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except where tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines.
