This itinerary covers the key areas in Argentina.
BUENOS AIRES 3 NIGHTS • IGUAZU 2 NIGHTS • CALAFATE 3 NIGHTS • BARILOCHE 3 NIGHTS • PENINSULA VALDES 3 NIGHTS
Day 1: On arrival in Argentina, transfer to Hotel Claridge. Remainder of day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel Claridge.
Day 2:After breakfast, private guided half day tour of Buenos Aires. Afternoon at leisure. Early evening transfer to a typical ‘Dinner Tango Show’ (included). Transfer to Hotel Claridge for overnight.
Day 3: After breakfast, transfer to domestic airport for flight to Iguazu. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel Sheraton. Afternoon at leisure to explore the Argentine side of the falls on foot from the hotel and also Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat). Overnight at Hotel Sheraton (Falls View room).
Day 4: After breakfast, transfer to, and private guided tour of, the Brazilian side of the Falls. Lunch at a traditional restaurant included. Afternoon boat trip on the Brazilian side. Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel Sheraton (Falls View room).
Day 5:After breakfast transfer to Iguazu airport for flight to Calafate via Buenos Aires. Upon arrival transfer to Hotel Kosten Aike. Remainder of day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel Kosten Aike.
Day 6: After breakfast, full day group excursion to Perito Moreno glacier. Opportunity to take a cruise on Lake Argentina to see the glacier close up (subject to weather). Overnight at Hotel Kosten Aike.
Day 7: Day at leisure to explore Calafate or take an optional full day excursion to Upsala Glacier (not included). Overnight at Hotel Kosten Aike.
Day 8: After breakfast, transfer to Calafate airport for flight to Bariloche. Upon arrival transfer to Llao Llao. Remainder of day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel Tunquelen.
Day 9:Morning at leisure, opportunity to explore San Carlos de Bariloche. Afternoon half day group excursion of the surrounding area in a circular
