An excellent all round choice".A well known resort on the fabulous Elbow Beach...Some 2 miles from Hamilton on Bermuda’s beautiful South Shore this resort hotel is under the expert management of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.Set in 50 acres of lush landscaped gardens, the hotel overlooks a magnificent pink sand beach. Here guests can enjoy a cool towel service, loungers, umbrellas and a “flag” waiter service. A range of water sports and diving are available on the beach in season. Everything is here, even a beachfront bistro for lunch or dinner. The large freshwater pool is ideal after a game of tennis on one of the 5 courts, or perhaps after a work out in the fitness centre. Elbow Beach has also added six spa treatment rooms which are very well appointed and with lovely views to the sea they are a perfect location for spoiling yourself. Details of all the treatments are available. The selection of accommodation is extensive...In the main building the choice includes; Deluxe Garden, Pool or Ocean View and Junior Suites Ocean View. All rooms have air-conditioning, a mini-bar, tea/coffee making, remote control cable TV, 24hr room service, safes, hairdryer, bathrobes, iron and board. A welcome “taste” will be in your room. Within the grounds there are more Junior Suites, or the
completely refurbished, modern Premier category with garden or ocean views or
the Beachfront Lanais and Suites – these
Family arrangements are flexible...For families we can offer a second room at a discount for children 17 years and under, or if you prefer to share the same room, then Premier rooms and Junior Suites can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Additionally there are 5 cottages with 2 or 3 bedrooms within the grounds and a penthouse suite in the main building, we do have all the details do please ask. A Children’s Programme is offered during the main summer season – please ask for the latest information on dates of operation. Will it be Bermudian, Italian or casual Mickey’s for dinner?...We offer the Elbow Beach on a bed and breakfast basis year round. There is an excellent choice for dining at the hotel, the Bermuda cuisine of the elegant Seahorse Grill features fresh local flavours for breakfast and dinner. Alternative options are the Italian flavoured beachside Lido, or the more casual Mickey’s, on a deck among palm trees and located on the beach, a romantic setting for dinner, plus a poolside buffet one evening a week. In season the Seabreeze Terrace is also available for cocktails by the beach. The Veranda Bar and lounge next to the lobby is Bermuda’s first Rum bar and offers live entertainment. For those wishing to dance the night away The Deep nightclub is available beside the Lido restaurant. The Concierge Desk is on hand for information on activities including booking any of the local golf courses and the choice of shops is very convenient and tempting.
