Well, as predicted in our last feedback, we
returned to Bermuda in May. As always the arrangements made by Robert Broad
Travel were immaculate and went like clockwork. We returned to the Royal Palms
Hotel and they made a big fuss of us as returning guests. Bermuda was even more
beautiful in May than in October with an abundance of beautiful flowers and
trees.

Many thanks to Kirsty for mentioning Grotto Bay Resort - we loved every aspect
of it! We arranged the week at last minute and the service from Kirsty was so
good we felt we were dealing face to face rather than at a distance of some 200
miles.

fantastic holiday for us. Everything went very smoothly, and we didn't have to
think about anything, you did it all! We were pleased with the upgrades you
arranged at very reasonable rates, with the flights, the hotel, the
transfers...it was all so effortless. We have visited Bermuda before but this
was the first time we arranged it through a Travel Agent, and we will never make
our own arrangements again. You even arranged our Executive Lounge at Gatwick
and an overnight stay in the Sofitel at Gatwick. With everything paid up front

just 22 miles long, 2 miles wide in the Atlantic. Whilst it is not in the
Caribbean, it is warmed by the Gulf Stream with a year-round semi-tropical
climate. Bermuda is Britain's oldest colony with a friendly charm and
sophisticated hospitality – the epitome of casual elegance. Visit in
spring, summer and autumn for lazy days on one of the many glorious pink
sandy beaches in warm sunshine. Prices come down considerably in the
winter months when the mild temperatures make the perfect climate for
golfing, walking and exploring the many places of interest. Scuba-diving
on the many wrecks is excellent year-round.

Bermuda holiday, feedback received August
2008
We have had a fantastic holiday - relaxing for us and fun for our 10 year
old daughter who just loved the warm sea and the fish. We last visited
Bermuda 13 years ago on our honeymoon and loved it and returning this time
with our daughter we were not disappointed. Kirsty's advice to choose the
Pompano Beach Hotel was spot on - can't fault the quality of service or
friendliness. As a fairly small hotel they get to know you and nothing is
too much trouble for the staff - whether it's shuttling you to the ferry or
bus stops or dealing with hairdryers that won't work - any little thing was
quickly and courteously dealt with.
We found the food to be excellent -
good choice of menu in the Cedar Room which changes nightly - and they were
happy for our daughter to mix and match courses off the main and children's
menus.
Charging drinks, food bus tokens etc to the room was really useful - our
daughter loved being able to get a drink from the beach bar without money
(we now need to remind her that things do cost money!).
All in all a lovely, relaxing beach holiday with no hassle anywhere along
the line.

independent advise to make sure you book the most suitable hotel or airlines
to suit your needs.
Financial Protection...
We are an ABTA bonded travel agency (79652) and your holiday to Bermuda will
be ATOL protected for your financial security if it includes flights and
hotel. Please ask for details of the ATOL license that protects your
holiday at the time of booking.

You also have the peace of mind knowing that not only have we as a company
been established since 1985, that our family has been in the travel-trade
since the late 1930's so travel really is in our blood. We have also
won a national award - Agent of the Year 2007 as voted by the Association of

The full package...
We always include private transfers in our quotations for holidays to
Bermuda when booking a flight and hotel. We also include guide books
and in-resort representation.
Price promise
All this for no extra cost ! We aim to offer competitive prices and in
the unlikely event that you find a like-for-like holiday to Bermuda cheaper
elsewhere we will match the price and refund £10 per adult.

If you find the same flight inclusive
holiday at a cheaper price at the time of booking, we will work with our
suppliers to match the price and will give you an additional £10 per adult
off any competitor's price. In order to take advantage of this Price
Promise, the component parts of the relevant holiday must be identical and
we reserve the right to request confirmation in writing of the relevant
competitor's holiday price. This price promise cannot be actioned
retrospectfully, after a booking has been made, and it is only available on
new bookings until further notice. We hold the right to withdraw this price
promise at any time without notice. Unfortunately there may be rare
circumstances where we cannot match the prices where we believe competitors
have made a pricing error or where they are offering the holiday
arrangements at a price below their operating costs. If a competitors
price is great than £150 per adult and/or £50 per child below our price, we
deem one of these two scenarios to be true and will not honour the price
promise.
