**NEW** for 2009 This very exciting new hotel forms part of the Tucker’s Point ClubThe hotel sits on 200 acres of beautifully located waterfront with panoramic views of Castle Harbour, Harrington Sound and the Atlantic. Tuckers Point Hotel comprises of the elegant Manor House and Villas that cascade through lush gardens to the turquoise waters of Castle Harbour. The Manor House includes 36 Superior rooms, 20 larger Deluxe rooms, 7 1-bedroom Suites and the spectacular Walsingham Suite. The 3 Villas, standing in front of and below the Manor House, each have 8 Deluxe rooms which can connect to form 1 or 2 bedroom Suites. Every spacious guest room is decorated in Bermuda cottage style, contemporary but very elegant and luxurious. A balcony or a terrace, water views, a comfortable sitting area and free internet access are standard features.
There are lots of dining options to tempt guests depending on the season. In addition to the main fine dining restaurant, private dining can be organised for small parties in theWine Room. The Sunset Terrace, the English Long Bar, poolside at the Palm Court, room service, the Beach Club in season and the Golf Clubhouse (middle photo above) all provide lots of choice.
Spa and beauty services are provided in 11 treatment rooms. A Yoga and Tai Chi lawn, a hydrotherapy suite,manicures and pedicures and so much more are there to revitalise and refresh. After fine dining and Spa pampering, perhaps the Fitness Centre will tempt. A good choice of cardiovascular, strength and aerobic machines withTV and sound systems coupled with mens and ladies steam and sauna rooms, personal trainers on hand and wellness classes will help to keep you trim.
The Beach Club is a truly special spot to enjoy hot summer days on a beautiful pink sand beach, with cool drinks and meal service during warmer months. An 18 hole championship golf course with a driving range, putting green and pro shop will challenge every golfer. The Clubhouse bar and restaurant are just the spot to discuss your best shots after a round of golf! But if tennis is your game there are 4 Har-Tru courts to keep up your skills.
Swimming pools, croquet lawn, day sailing marina and diving and watersports centre – there are so many services and facilities planned at this new hotel scheduled to open in April 2009.
