Our comments on your hotels...

Novotel Peace Hotel, Beijing:
This hotel is located in the busy Wangfujing district, the historical, cultural and shopping centre of Beijing. The hotel is a 45 Minute drive from Beijing international airport, and a short walk from the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Great location, good for couples, families and single travelers. Walking distance to the famous Beijing Night food market. Well worth a visit.

The Grand New World Hotel: This hotel enjoys an excellent location in the west district of Xian, 1.5 km from the City centre, 10 minute walk away from the Islamic Mosque and the local market. The hotel reception has an amazing sculptured backdrop of the Terracotta warriors which is simply stunning!. The hotel’s Chinese restaurant has a famous chef from Hong Kong whose Guangdong cuisine is often highly praised.  Again a good all rounder for couples, families and single travelers.

The Guilin Park Hotel: Situated between Lake Guihu and Mount Laoren near the city centre. Guilin park commands some of the most picturesque views in Guilin Lying on a mountain slope, surrounded by green trees and fresh flowers, the building combines modern arts with a rich national flavor. Suitable for couples, families and single travelers.

Howard Johnson Plaza Shanghai: With its ideal setting in the heart of Shanghai’s financial district, the richly appointed 27 storey Howard Johnson Plaza Shanghai stands within easy access to the city most important business, cultural and entertainment hubs.  Great all rounder. An evening visit to the cosmopolitan centre of Xiantandi is a must, here you can experience a wide variety of restaurants, designer shops or simply just sit outside in one of the popular Music or Jazz bars enjoying a chilled glass of wine and watch the world go by…..What a great way to relax and reflect on all the amazing sights you have seen so far in China.
