Day 2 Pyramids & Sphinx: Morning tour of the Great Pyramid and the Sphinx. Afternoon at leisure or optional visit to the stepped pyramid at Saqqara (payable locally). (B)

Day 3 Cairo: Morning visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to the treasures of Tutankhamun’s tomb. Afternoon exploration of the Khan el Khalili bazaar, mosques, souqs and the citadel of Old Cairo. (B)

Day 4 To Alexandria: Travel by train to Alexandria. Stay 2 nights at the Renaissance. (B)

Day 5 Alexandria: Full day tour of Alexandria, including the catacombs and Pompey’s Pillar. (B)
