There is a selection of superb restaurants from authentic Chinese cuisine at Shangri-La's signature Shang Palace, to the glamorous French restaurant, Bord Eau. We bring further variety to Abu Dhabi with Hoi An, our Vietnamese restaurant and Sofra, a unique way to enjoy all-day dining.

Shang Palace - Shangri-La’s signature Chinese restaurant, Shang Palace serves superb Dim Sum and other traditional Chinese cuisines. The setting is modern yet with the charm of authentic China.  

Bord Eau - Left Bank Parisian streets brought to life an a sumptuous setting that complements fine modern French cuisine.  

Hoi An - Modern Vietnamese cuisine served in a vibrant and colourful, yet nostalgic atmosphere.  


Sofra - Stroll through the buffet stations and select a variety of exquisite local and international dishes in an Arabian market setting, where food is freshly prepared. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.

Lounges & Bars
Pre- and post-dinner drinks can be enjoyed either on the pool deck or on the third-floor balconies where you will find Al Hanah Bar and the Lobby Lounge.

Al Hanah Bar - Elegant surroundings make this venue an ideal spot to end the day while watching the sunset from the balcony.

Lobby Lounge - A wide variety of food and beverages, including a carefully chosen selection of the finest teas, served in a grand setting.  

CHI Spa

CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La, offers distinctive luxury and indulgence.  The 12 spacious private treatment offer total comfort to stimulate the senses, relax the body and restore balance to the spirit with authentic Ch'i therapy methods.

Children's Club

There is no children's club at the Shangri-La Hotel Qaryat Al Beri although they do have a children's swimming pool.

Leisure and sports facilities

Enjoy a broad range of facilities, ranging from the one-kilometre beachfront setting, a selection of water sports, five outdoor swimming pools, a fully equipped health club, yoga room, or simply relax and rejuvenate both body and mind in the Jacuzzi or Sauna.

The hotel offers various other facilities including babysitting services, a beauty salon, express check in and check out, a fantastic shopping arcade located within the hotels own Souk or for those who want to venture outside the hotel they offer a city shuttle service.
