Client feedback... We want to thank you for organising our wonderful holiday in the Shangri-La, Muscat. Your advice when making our decision on the hotel was helpful and the hotel itself was excellent. We have stayed in some lovely hotels around the world and the Shangri L El Jissah resort certainly ranks amongst the top in terms of comfort, facilities, ambience and most importantly, service. Our room was quite large, extremely comfortable with a very good bathroom and an evening drink on the balcony was extremely pleasurable. The Spa is lovely. On your advice we stayed in the 'middle' one of the 3 hotels. This was perfect. I don't think we'd have liked the family hotel, there were a lot of children there and the position on the beach is probably preferable to Al Husn. We did eat there twice in the excellent Moroccan restaurant. We rate the total experience as 10/10!! Direct flights with Oman Air -
Direct flights to Muscat are now operated by Oman Air, using a 767 aircraft from
London 7 days a week. This service offers an Economy and Business Class
cabin, please ask for details of upgrading.
Complimentary coffee, tea, juice and soda are served on most Oman Air flights
with a selection of alcoholic beverages available for purchase in the Economy
Class cabin. Oman Air welcomes you to in-flight programmes where for your
enjoyment a variety of audio and video entertainment features are available
on-board our flights. Selections range from popular comedy programs and sport
documentaries to feature films.
British Airways fly to Muscat from London Heathrow with
a touch down in Abu Dhabi for around an hour to pick up/drop off passengers
before continuing your journey to Muscat. To make your journey more
comfortable we recommend that you upgrade to British Airways enhanced economy
service, World Traveller Plus which provides a separate cabin, more leg room and
an overall higher level of service and features. We can also offer
competition rates to upgrade to Club World or First Class, please ask for
details.
Emirates Airlines fly to Muscat via Dubai where a
change of plane will be necessary. You can chose from Economy, Business
