BUSINESS CLASS UPGRADES
On Icelandair flights between the UK and Iceland we
are pleased to offer an extremely competitive supplement of £180 each
way. Icelandair provides a full business class service with wide and
comfortable seats and good leg room. For other airlines and routes
please phone for a quote.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
 Included
in the cost of most holidays is a transfer by our own special bus which
will drop you off at your destination in Reykjavik and collect you from
there at the end of the your holiday. A cost of £12 per adult and £6 per
child each way is included for this service. If you require a private
transfer there are two alternatives. Taxi - price: £60, or for something
really exciting how about a Super Jeep? The cost is £185 (with plenty of
time to visit the Blue Lagoon on the way to/from Reykjavik!). If you are
ordering a taxi or a super jeep transfer through us the cost of the
standard transfer will be deducted.
FLIGHT SUPPLEMENTS
Most of the tour prices are based on using evening
flights both from and to Heathrow (ie, depart Heathrow at 20:50, arrive
Heathrow 19;30). Please check the price table by each tour for flights
used.
For London passengers there is a supplement of £37 for
changing to day flights either from or to Heathrow (ie, depart Heathrow
13:00 or arrive Heathrow 12:00) for departures from 15 June to 14 August
inclusive. This supplement is the same if travel is by day flight in
both directions. Please check the price pages for each tour for any
exceptions.
For Glasgow passengers there is a supplement of £14
for departures between 15 June and 14 August, but no supplement outside
this period.
COMBINING A TRIP TO NORTH AMERICA
Icelandair also flies to the following cities in North
America, New York, Boston, Baltimore, Orlando and Minneapolis. We are
able to offer very keen air fares if you wish to combine your holiday in
Iceland with a visit to one of the above. If you are interested please
